In order to prevent the erosion of Jamuna river in Sariakandi upazila of Bogra district, the Groin Battalion built by the Water Development Board protects the area from the demolition of the Jamuna river. In addition to preventing river erosion, the bandhit is very spectacular due to many visitors from far away, many visitors visit here. The visiting visitors enjoyed the surroundings and saw the nature of motion of the river Yamuna.
